The Doctrine of the Last Things. A study concerning the nature and
destiny of man following death, together with a consideration of
the complexity of events surrounding the Second Coming of Christ,
including the question of the millennium, the resurrection of the

ST3550 BIBLE INTERPRETATION
Purpose is to assist the student in gaining the knowledge and skill
necessary to determine the meaning of any passage of Scripture and
to apply it authentically to the contemporary context. REQUIRED FOR

A study of the basis for and the responsibilities of the personal ethical
conduct of the Christian. Various approaches to ethics will be considered.

An in-depth study of recent theological movements such as liberation

ST3525 INTRODUCTION TO REFORMED THEOLOGY
An introduction to the Reformed Faith, using the Westminster Confession
of Faith and Catechism along with other Reformed creeds to study
the distinctives of Calvinism. - Two Credit Hours
ST3535 COVENANT THEOLOGY
Covenant Theology is an indepth study of the covenants of the Old and
New Testaments. The Covenant of Creation and the Covenant of Redemption
are examined to demonstrate both the unity and the diversity of the
covenants. This approach to the Scriptures demonstrates the relationship
God had with Israel and has with His people now with the New Covenant
in Christ. The fulfillment of the Old Testament Covenant is shown
in Christ with the culmination of the New Covenant taking place in
Revelation. - Two Credit Hours
ST3735 THE THEOLOGY OF JOHN CALVIN
A study of the theology of John Calvin as revealed in The Institutes
of the Christian Religion and his commentaries. Calvin’s influence
on the development of Protestant theology will be considered. - Two

An in-depth study of the teachings of the Sermon on the Mount and their
